ebay/paypal question on claim

Slightly off topic.
Pretty sure I have no recourse, but wanted to confirm with some who have more experience. Sent a DVD set without delivery confirmation. Buyer claims to not have received, happens to be a dvd warehouse type seller with separate buy/sell ID's. Sale was less than $40 can I get any funds back if I contact either ebay or paypal or am I SOL? I have been on ebay since 99 and this is the first time I am being claimed for non delivery.
