ebay is evil sometimes

I wanted to change the category of an item that I had listed, and it said "new fees $1.10". Huh? I found out the new fees were for picture pack and gallery plus. Aggravating, but I just thought I'd just uncheck those boxes.......but WHERE ARE the boxes? They keep them very well-hidden, so it took me 2 minutes to find one of them. I couldn't even find the "picture pack" one, so I Googled it. It turns out the only thing I could do is to RELIST THE ITEM or delete the picture and upload it again (and make sure the box isn't checked). So, I did the latter. Amazing that they'd try to sucker people into paying a fee like that.
