"Monster" cards by Universal Studios 1964

I found some "Monster" cards by Universal Studios dated 1964. Does anyone know anything about these?
They measure 3 1/2" by 5 1/2 inches. I have 2 sets numbered 1-19.
Is 1-19 a complete set? Any collector value to these?

They are from Milton Bradley's Monster old Maid game (1964).
1-19 x 2 is a complete set minus the old maid card (Dracula's daughter)
A complete game in box recently sold for $40 + shipping on ebay with 8 unique bidders.
