Yogi Berra Fives

I was wondering if anybody out there thinks I should resub one or both of these in hopes of getting a bump up. Or I just might be on the look for a 7 and put these up for sale. If I combine the two would I get a 10? image Thanks as always for any input.

Both look too good to be 5's the one on the left looks very nice! Any chance either (or both) card has a wrinkle/crease?

  • Honestly, I think 5 is pretty close. Maybe the one on the left might bump a little, but I doubt you'd get more than a half point to a point. And that's maybe a 50/50 proposition.

I think the one on the right has too much snow to get bumped. The one on the left MAY get bumped very slightly ... looks like both right corners have too much wear.

Here are a couple of more nice looking low grade Yogis. The '52 was cracked, had it signed and then put back in it's holder.

Nice looking cards but I think they have it right. Obviously the card with the snow is not going to bump higher than a PSA 5 due to the chipping and the other card has great eye appeal but there are some issues on both sides of the card that would keep it out of a 6 or higher.

Thanks again. Joe, I agree both are too good for fives and there are no wrinkles or creases. The one with snow was an SGC 7 that came back a 5. I think I will re sub the snowy at a later date.

Good luck here's an 8 that needs to be resubmitted.

Had 5 of these all looked good this was the best sure thought it would be a 9.
