It's All-Star from the All-Star patch. I bet from 2000 season. Was he an All-Star is 2000 or 2001?

It dosnt say that it is an All-Star patch so t may be a fake
I mean if you were UD wouldn't you put "ALL-STAR" on the card

not always. UD will only use "Patch" as the name and use any patch.
