Wish there was something could be done about Doucebag NPB's !

Morning,

Basically just venting, this douchbag Bidder: shiggs402011

Use's my BIN on item #200610942179 $660.00. I wait a week or so to contact him and he answers and apologozes and says he will pay last Friday, then doesn't. I finally opened a NPB Dispute on Sat. Since then I see he has been buying $60-$80 items in the mean time and paying for them. My point is now I am at the Christmas season with my item unavailable for Sale, (Can't relist in case he actully comes through, one chance in a hundred), and the Douche gets nothing but a Non Paying Bidder check, which I don't even know where to find and like any Seller could do anything about it even if they hit your BIN!

    You can change your settings to block buyers that already have NPB strikes against them.

    Click on "my account" tab, then click "site preferences" on the left side, then click "buyer requirements" from the list about half way down. This will set some "rules" that will hold for all you listings you make.

    I just did this. Thanks for the tip. It only allows you to block buyers with at least 2 NPB strikes against them, but it's better than nothing.

    It looks like you have to block all NPB's, not just the douchebag ones, is that true? Actually, I'm unable to find any settings at all related to douchebaggery.

    All you have to do is check off immediate payments through paypal. I did this years a go and never have anymore problems.

    That cannot be enforced on an auction or a BIN with BO feature being used, only on a direct BIN.

    You can require the immediate payment on a BIN w/ BO as long as the BIN is what they use not a BO. Recently when I get BOs I outright contact the person via message telling them if they want it for that price I will change my BIN w/ immediate payment to reflect this price and they better jump on it before someone else does. image

    I have eliminated turds using a BO and me accepting it for them not to pay completely with this method.

    Also how many nonpaying strikes does it take now for a turd to be booted from eBay?

    They could give out automatic NEGs to non-payers or kick repeat non-payers off, but they don't give two sh*ts about the sellers who pay the fees that keep them in business.
