70s cello pack grading?

hey, since most packs are so tight, literally like bricks. as long as the seal is good, how has PSA been determining different grades for these? i have a bunch of mid to late 70s that i might send in to PSA, but trying to determine which to send in since they look so similar (opposed to the clear wear and tear on wax packs). any thoughts?

Grading is dependent on the wrapper--if there are any tiny tears or splits, whether the seal is clean and to a lesser extent, the centering of the card on top.
