OT - Ebay question about window for returns

I apologize for not knowing the answer to this, but what is the length of time that an ebay buyer has to return/SNAD/file a claim/basically screw the seller? I have a store on ebay and after getting ripped off in a phantom SNAD case several years ago I am extremely paranoid and cautious. Nothing has happened yet but since 50% of my buyers fail to leave any feedback I am scared to spend the proceeds from any of these sales until I know that ebay and/or paypal cannot rise up from the grave and take the money away from me.
How long is this window of opportunity?
When does it commence - from the sales date, date of delivery, date of receipt or something else?
Are there different lengths of time for different scenarios, i.e. I never got it; SNAD; I just don't like it and even though you said no returns this is ebay so they'll make you take a return?
