Then I hope they also decide to lower the price of the Collector's Club a bit...
2.5 is pretty much my speed.

    Nice move by PSA.

I really wish they create a new membership tier. I just submit modern junk and only a few cards.
Paying 100+ a year for membership is too much.

What they really need to do is:

    1) Create a new level of grading for low value commons so that we don't have to pay more than the card is actually worth just for the grading.
For example, how about an all the time rate of $2 for cards worth up to $10 and $4 per card for cards worth from $10 up to $25?

    2) Get the shipping costs in line with the actual costs! They charge way too much for shipping and insurance versus what they actually cost.

    That's my 2 cents

I'm actually surprised they don't, as on the PCGS (coin) side of CU, there is a "silver" membership which allows you to submit coins (but doesn't include vouchers) for $49 annually.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

Awesome! The pop report is what I really want to access to. I don't submit enough to pay the membership fee but have been thinking of joining just to get the magazine. I rather just help folks with piggybacks to get them to the magic discount number or submit direct with the non-member prices.

There used to be a Silver membership level... that's how I got started as a member. They did away with it at the end of 2009 or 2010, I can't recall exactly though.

once they started including pop numbers on the registry it was pretty easy to see the pop report for most cards. SGC has provided it for free since day one, surprised it took this long for PSA to do the same.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

    Dear PSA Customer,

As a valued PSA Customer, we would like to thank you for your continued support as PSA enters its 21st year as the leading authentication and grading service in the industry. We are very excited about 2012 and look forward to unveiling some exciting new services as the year progresses.

Starting January 1, 2012, new pricing for PSA submissions will go into effect. Click here for a breakdown of PSA's List of Services. While there are only a few changes to the submission fee schedule, please make note of them.

We have decided to preserve the majority of the prices from 2011. There are some changes to our high-end service levels, the prices from our most commonly used services remain intact. We did, however, combine our Vintage and Modern Ticket Grading Services into one (Regular) service for simplicity.

To be eligible for additional savings, we encourage hobbyists to join the PSA Collectors Club. Each month, PSA provides authentication and grading specials that can help keep more money in your pocket during these tough times. In some cases, the savings can be substantial but you have to be a member to take advantage of the discounted pricing.

As an added bonus and for the first time in PSA's history, we have decided to make the Online SMR and PSA Population Report FREE! Both of these resources are essential to any collector of PSA-certified items.

The SMR Online contains over 300,000 prices for a host of different collectibles and is the most comprehensive price guide in the hobby.

The PSA Population Report is a complete listing of every item graded by PSA since our inception in 1991. The Pop Report currently contains data on nearly 20 million items. These changes will go into effect January 1, 2012.

Current subscribers to the Online SMR and the Population Report will have an automatic credit (for the time remaining on the subscription) placed on their account, which can be used for any products or services PSA offers.

If you have any questions about the new submission pricing structure or changes to our services, contact Customer Service at (800) 325-1121 or visit www.psacard.com.

    Sincerely,
