1898 Indian Cent MPD. Attribution help please.

This misplaced date isn't listed in any of my references. What appears to be the top of a "1" and "8" are seen protruding from the dentils just below the date. Is this mpd listed and if so, what is the attribution (Snow #). Sorry about the size of the photo, but it's the best I can do. If a larger photo would help, they are available via email.

This is an S-15, with the 1 & 8 in the denticles.
There is repunching in the upper loop of the 8.
