On Site Submission Question

I will be heading to the Hunt Philly Show tomorrow and will assume that PSA will have a booth....My question is that I have a couple high dollar cards that I would like to drop off to be slabbed/graded and would I need to be a paid PSA member to accomplish this (I currently am not)?

    You can't sub cards unless you are a member...good luck. You can sign up on site and use your free grades right then.

    I went to the Hunt/Philly Show yesterday and was actually able to sub two cards (1980 Charlotte Ripken; blue & orange borderes) without having to become a member.....The guy who helped me was very nice and said if these were the only cards I was going to sub or if I planned on subbing only a couple cards a year, it wouldn't be worth it to become a member...
