Teletrade question...

This is on their registration page:
<< <i>Please note that you must be a U.S. or Canadian resident to participate in Teletrade auctions. Also, due to delivery problems and the subsequent inability to insure packages, we regret we cannot accept registrations from APO boxes. >>
Do they use UPS or Fedex or something? I'm not sure I understand their objection to the APO addresses otherwise--I send and receive insured mail all the time. With the only exception my recent registered package (still not lost, but Moving Very Slowly) I've never had trouble with my mail. NGC certainly had no problem sending me a registered and/or insured box, as has APMEX and many, many more.
I'm trying to dig up my old log-in. I can honestly say I am a US resident after all. And if they really don't like sending to APO, that's okay, I have a reshipper in New Jersey (and a mother in California). I just thought it weird they are pretending it's a problem with insuring packages. That's just dumb.
