    It looks like a tetradrachm from Alexandria, probably Diocletian if I read the obverse legend correctly, of year 5.

    Yep, a Roman Egypt tetradrachm of Diocletian, Year 5 (288-289 AD). Reverse is Eusebeia standing, dropping incense-ball onto altar and holding a "box". Wildwinds example
