Question - Subbing Card/Pack/Ticket Orders In Same Package

I'm subbing a 50-card order under the December Special, along with two packs, and one ticket. I realize that I have to fill out three separate Submission Forms.

My questions:

Can I ship all three in the same box? (I'm guessing the answer is yes)

Do I have to pay for separate Return Shipping on each order? (I'm guessing the answer is yes)

What do I write on the outside of the combined box? (December Special? Packs? Ticket?)

Agree on all three - I did exactly that on my last sub, which luckily had a CC renewal in it so I was able to write that on the box.

The December Special is 45 days, the packs are 45 days, and the tickets are 20 days. I was thinking about writing all three, but I might just put December CC Special and let it go because I don't care when I get the ticket back.

I wonder about that. Don't they gather packs up to send to Steve periodically? If so, would it be better to put "packs" on the box so that they would open them sooner to get them batched up? Or do they sit on them longer?

So many mysteries with those folks in Newport Beach...
