That dude has been trying to sell his Grandpa's Mantles for some time I think. Actually, I remember another thread (months ago) about the same auction.
If he is that freaking dumb to run this auction then why is he putting a reserve on it? Maybe to make sure he has enough cash to safely flee the country once the money is in the bank???
Hm... lots of 90s inserts... and then we have a couple of key vintage cards? Look at the 53 Mantle he sold; obviously two totally different styles of pictures for the front and back.
The bizarre mixture here reminds me of something that happened to me earlier in the week. Someone called my store and said they had some autographed pictures. I asked who the autographs were of, and he said "Joe DiMaggio... Rocco Baldelli (RI kid who played with the Rays and Red Sox in the 2000s)... Ty Cobb... and Moises Alou." Immediately I am thinking "Who the heck would have a real Ty Cobb mixed in with those guys?" so I ask "Are you sure the Ty Cobb isn't a fascimile?" He answers "No, it's not fake." "No, I don't mean fake, I mean a fascimile, as in the autograph is printed on the picture?" "No, it's real. I'll come in and show you."
He comes in and shows me the autographs. The Ty Cobb was a glossy 8 x 10 that was a picture of an autographed picture. I had to break the bad news to him; he was disappointed.

I was hoping the buyer of the can was also a seller because I was going to ask them how it had been working out for them!!!!!!!!!
so Lil Wayne was caught littering?

Geez - can't these people get a little more creative?
How about - I got these cards from my mother's sister's third cousin - twice removed' next door neighbor's mailman who steals this stuff for a living?
