Thanks for the link. Never used ebay motors, so that is why I didn't get anything.

Heh...I got mine last week too.

After they took out Final Value Fees, I received a check for the amount of $0.15. That's right - fifteen cents.

    I got .04 cents.....seriously.....

It was fed to the shredder, although I should have made a scan of it first.

Not just the lawyers. I used to work for a firm that administered those settlements - nice business.

But yeah, aside from the named plaintiffs, who still don't get a ton, no one gets paid squat for being a member of a settlement class.

    12 cents here!!

I tore it up and tossed it to really mess with their books!!
I am on a budget and I am not afraid to use it!!

Unless it's really worth it, I don't participate in these class action law suits anymore. We get a check for $0.25 and the lawyers get $10M. Then the cost of the product or service goes up by $1 to pay the lawyers' fees and we end up getting screwed for $0.75 in the end.

Wow, I feel like my $0.46 check is a windfall now. I honestly don't remember what I sold in the Ebay Motors section, but it must have been something!
