Anyone know what this thing might be worth? One closed on ebay for $2605 a few days ago Link but from the pictures it's clearly impaired. The one I have is still in the box and capsule and not scratched up. I've never seen one before and was wondering what a fair price might be?

    I have never seen this coin before and I like the design. As for a premium I have no idea, your best bet would be review closed ebay auctions.

    I'd never seen it either. I looked on ebay and found one that sold for $2600 earlier this month and it was in pretty poor shape. I went to Heritage and found one in an NGC PF66 holder that sold for $4,600 in April. Needless to say I sent mine ATS as I think it is a 68 or shot 69. Very interesting piece and I had no idea of the value until I looked around a bit. Looks like the planned mintage was 2000 but it appears there were only 750 or so minted.
