1988 1/10 Singapore lunar gold dragon

Was at my LCS today and saw one of these. It looked pretty neat so i asked him how much, he told me 10% over spot. Now my question is i couldnt find much info on these coins/bullion so i'm wondering what do people think of these? Are the fairly easy to liquidate in time of need? I'm mostly a stacker but i do like to collect 1/10 golds from different countries. Just dont want to end up with something that i couldnt get rid of if the time ever arose where i needed cash image

In the coin world, it's hard to think of something more easily liquidated than gold... of any variety.
