The bar is marked "BULLION" and sold as bullion so it should be allowed on this forum.

Since when is titanium a precious metal? If I take a piece of lead and mark it bullion, will that make lead a precious metal?

It's certainly affordable and would make a neat paperweight.

Can you make money on something that doesn't have a active market?

I think the bar is pretty cool for collector reasons..... not sure you could make money on it. A least the price of copper goes up and down.

Spooly---I see it as a novelty and not as something to be bought as a serious investment.

Um, ever had any surgery on your bones requiring titanium screws, pins, or replacement parts? I think you'd change your tune. At least someone out there thinks they're precious metals.......
