What's the going retail and wholesale/dealer buyback prices for these? How much more value for a first strike label?
I can't seem to find one at a major dealer, just non-proof MS70's for the most part. I searched Heritage a bit, found a few, but it looks like the first strike label doesn't add much, if any, value. The two I compared near the same date/price of gold, the non-first strike one actually brought $60 more over spot than the first strike coin.
I promised myself I'd stay away from modern collectible bullion after the 25th Anniv. Eagle set, but I could have a good buying opportunity on one of these...

NGC First Strikes label will become a collector item since it was only issued in 2006. Yes, it adds value. And, it is gold!

<It's darn late...>
I'll likely end up purchasing it. For ~2.5 ASE 25th anniv. sets, I can't go too wrong!

The price was right, but I think I'd have been just as happy with a raw proof even if I was big on collecting these.
PS- slab is quite scuffy. What was the trick for the hairlines, toothpaste or something?
