The first coin is an Alexander the Great Drachma

The second is a Diva Faustina Senior, Wife of Antoninus Pius, Silver Denarius

It would help to have the weights and diameters of the coins.

Is the first coin around 25mm in diameter and weighs around 18 grams?

Both are pretty much what the paperwork says they are. No further ID is needed, unless you meant you wanted the catalog numbers/varieties?

Or were you merely seeking to confirm their authenticity? I'd tend to trust the certificates on these- Blanchard is a pretty well-known company.

I got the opposite impression. Sure, there's always more to learn and know, but the certificates with those provided quite a lot of information, actually.

You can go to wikipedia.org for more of the general historical background, and wildwinds.com if you wanted to track down the exact varieties on the coins. Seems a rather obvious suggestion, I know.

The Faustina Senior Ceres coin might be RIC 378 (Roman Imperial Coins).
