i sent in two atb`s and one 20th anniv. PR70DCAM with spotting problems. the atb`s looked like milkspots and the eagle had reddish colored spotting. the offers made on the atb`s were very fair and i chose the lower cash amount with the coins returned raw. there was no mention of the eagle so i assume they were able to remove it without downgrading. its the first time i used the service and am very satisfied with the outcome.

I've done this a dozen times with PCGS. Never a problem. I've tried it with NGC several times and each time it was a battle lost.

This is why 99% of my collection is PCGS.
