Sure do....are you going to chastise me for that when PWCC charges $6-$10 to ship a single card?? And would you like to see my shipping charge from Mile High Card Co for my graded card wins???
PS - paid $7.95 recently to a seller for shipping on a single graded won recently off of Ebay for my Sport Kings set last weds. SEVEN DOLLARS AND NINETY-FIVE CENTS!!! And you know what?? I HAVEN"T EVEN RECEIVED THE CARD YET!!! If someone is going to charge me $8 to ship one card, I had BEST get it in 3 days, MAX!!! Yet people want to complain about having to pay $4 to ship a card. I would think anything around the $4 mark should be pretty standard, and if someone wants to complain about it, they have no clue how much costs is actually involved in shipping a card.
Bobby, ok to be hatin' on star dingers if they're just pizzin' in your Cheerios, but ya gotta let go of the "that a-hole made money off my stuff!" routine.
I don't mind someone making money off of me. I was just saying, it pours salt on the wound when they ding your stars while they steal your item from you via auction....
I like how my $4, First Class package gets delivered faster than a package I paid $7.95 that I still haven't received after a week........
I recently, very reluctantly started selling on eBay again out of necessity.
I do believe eBay is the cheapest fastest way to make money on collectibles. There are a couple of things that really bother me and seem to be a rather unethical way of doing business.
This shipping fiasco is one of them. Sellers should be given a specific guideline when selling cards, that if met ensures their discounts will be honored. Seems to me this wouldn't be too tough, say $4.00 or less for shipping one card .50 each for additional cards and a "cap" at $8.00 for winners of multiple cards. All cards would be required to be sent in top loads with penny sleeves in a bubble mailer. Delivery confirmation included. I am sure this plan has flaws, but the point is if a seller met the required shipping guidelines, the buyer couldn't mess with him.
If eBay allows buyers to increase their revenue in this way, I would think it was unethical if not illegal. I am not a lawyer.
My second gripe is why PayPal holds my money after a sale, I don't think you have that right! I have over 1400 positive transactions on eBay, yes, mostly buying, but doesn't that prove something?
Bottom line here is eBay is really the only game in town and will continue to punish sellers as long as they can. There needs to be competition in any market.

I should have quit you, long time ago. [X2] I wouldn't be here, my children, down on this killin' floor.
I should have listened, baby, to my second mind [X2] Everytime I go away and leave you, darling, you send me the blues way down the line.
Said, people worry I can't keep you satisfied. Let me tell you baby, you ain't nothin but a two-bit, no-good jive.
Went to sleep last night, worked as hard as I can, Bring home my money, you take my money, give it to another man. I should have quit you, baby, such a long time ago. I wouldn't be here with all my troubles, down on this killing floor.
