Set Registry Sub Question

Im kinda confused. Whats the set registry submition about. 14.00 per card. is it just the faster turn around time?

Couldnt i just send say a handful of 1995 bowmans best refractors to PSA every month on the regular monthly specials and after a while start a set registry on the site.

I just dont get the 14.00 for set registry.

It is for cards up to $500 and for a five business day turn around. Some people want their cards back fast and as the price goes up so does the cost.
