Graded, sealed packs -- FMV?

I'm curious how you determine the FMV of a graded, sealed pack. The Sports Market Report magazine doesn't list graded packs in their non-sports section, and the Non-Sports Update lists only ungraded packs.
I won't be coy, I'm watching an auction for a sealed GAI 7.5 Topps Batman pack, and I really have no idea what result to expect. The seller originally listed the item with a BIN price of something like $250, but no one bit. Currently it's up to $158 or so.
There are several Batman GAI high grade packs listed with BINs in the thousands of dollars. I don't know how long they've been listed for.
Is there a general rule of thumb you use when determining the value of a graded, sealed pack? (And yes, I know in the end it's worth what someone is willing to pay, but guidelines are helpful.)
Thanks!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
