Thanks for the link. I purchased a lot of 225 cards from him described as EXMT to NM. There were over 50 duplicates and 40 cards that were poor to VG. Very slow response, I sent the cards back and the post office returned them that the recipient has not picked up pkg. I had to send them back a second time. In the end, I did get my refund, but what a hassle. I did not neg do to refund.

My friend just purchased a lot of over 400 cards. There are more than 200 duplicates!!!

Is it time to neg him?

One purchase of approx $1000 and NEVER again,

    lot was described as vg-nrmt,

1 nrmt card the rest vg at best, "stars" "high numbers" "sp" about 1 or 2 of each

complete junk not worth anywhere near the money.

    Hi Brian,

I have bought singles with no problem but have had to return a couple of lots. Slow service and poor communication. I have his email if you need to contact him directly let me know.

Thanks guys. After reading the link, and looking closer at his feedback, it does appear that buying singles maybe ok, but purchasing lots are not the way to go here.

For the people complaining about duplicates...I'm pretty sure they list the card #s in each lot they sell.

I bought some '63 Topps singles from that seller a couple months ago, and on average I thought they were undergraded if anything. Sorry to hear your experience didn't turn out as well.

Edited to add: Apparently I didn't take my own advice from April 2010, LOL

Leadoff, they did not list the numbers, and over half were duplicates. There were several players in which he sent five and six of. That is the real complaint. How can you do this and not expect the buyer to be upset.

Have bought many singles and a few lots, returned one single no questions asked, guess I am lucky, no problems.
