That pinkish cast in the left obv field is more pronounced in hand.
I've seen that faint toning on other MS steel cents and I'm curious what causes it if anyone has an idea.

Thanks for the nice comments... I like it too I bought it from Andy Skrabalak of Angel Dee's at one of the Long Beach shows a couple years ago. I had been thinking off and on about trying to find a nice MS68 example which were going for around $2000 each at the time. Then Andy showed me that one, with his "PQ" sticker on it, and I thought it looked as good or even better than some of the MS68s I had seen to that point and at 1/20th the cost!
