Do you think if you managed to be the last person to deal with the mint on the new sets, you could possibly be the one to get the last set published.
Would this be like the last set on the block possibly being garbage OR

if you were the FIRST one on the list you would be waiting until the last set (first on the hot block) would make it to you?

Remember- they send out the last in first, and work there way down to the end of the pile...

LIFO is how the orders are filled "from the stocking shelves" (meaning that PBGS does not ROTATE stock) but I do not believe that orders are "processed" (meaning fulfilled) that way.
