also, anyone who calls asking if their order of 5 can be changed to 5 seperate orders are told it can be done but you forfit the first order and your new order for 5 seperate will be placed at the "bottom of the wait list"!

Does the Order Confirmation email for waitlisted set indicate that the order is waitlisted or backordered?

That was not discussed...my email order said backordered as most did and she confirmed my order.
I have no idea how people who are actually on the waitlist will receive their email designations.
