Is this an error kennedy?

I know absolutely nothing about error coins, but found this kennedy in change. It has a very prominent "tumor" on the front, perfectly round. It is NOT an indent as you can see in the pic, it's almost like it is extra metal. Any ideas?

Looks like it was heated and a air pocket formed between the clad layers. Post Mint Damage is the term.

Thats what it "can" do after being heated but it might not occur on every coin treated that way.
