Guy's
Thought I would post a quick link to a card i thought was one of the nicest I have seen in a while. I don't really collect cards but thought this one was one to watch.

My bad UD!
<< <i>What's the amazing piece of memorabilia that this was taken from? It looks like its just a cut from a letter. >>
Exactly that. A full letter with a Ruth sig, destroyed so this card company can put a chase card in their product.
I don't know how others feel about destroying an entire document to make a card but I don't like it....

Taking cuts and making cards out of them is one thing, but when they break down paper items which had significance to make a card, it is defiling the historical value of the signature. As part of a letter or a program or what have you, the signature is placed in a certain content; when you make a cut out of it, you are destroying the historical aspect and just making it a manufactured rarity.
<< <i>That Ruth signature looks off to me. >>
I thought the same thing immediately upon looking at it....
