Has anyone ever done business with Richard Hokanson Rare Coin
Investments, Inc. The reason I ask is that I am interested in
purchasing an item from them offered on "Collectors Corner".
I am interested in purchasing his 1853 $20 Assay 900 AU 58.
Could someone review the images and give me any feedbacks ?
Has it been cleaned, dipped, etc. It looks okay to me but I
need some professional help !!!

From the pictures, I would say that it's been whizzed! I would only purchase if you just need an example of this issue.

valued opinion !!!
I was looking at this site that is linked here, this site that sells coins as investment. THIS? is AU58?? Some of these coins, some of the raw ones, look like.....like coins I don't want.
Best,
Eric
Does anyone have a nice AU58 Barber 10C that could please be posted for comparison with the Barber 10C coin linked above?
Thanks!
Eric

I don't know about whizzed, but something has been done to it. There is a reason this coin is raw.

Werd.
If you have to ask, you shouldn't buy it. That said, it looks harshly cleaned.
