1823 Broken 3 Bust Half

I was interested in this coin, as I do not own an example of the variety, but closer inspection revealed that it does not match the characteristics of the O-101 die marriage. Notably, the high "8" in the date and the incorrect positioning of star 13 are tip-offs. On the reverse, the last "A" in AMERICA is too close to the arrowhead. Am I correct in stating that this is an ordinary 1823 half that was carefully tooled to look like a premium "Broken 3" variety?
Broken 3 O-101 or not?

Looks to me like an O.110 and someone has tooled the 3. Funny...might have been easier to pass it off as an ugly 3 with just as much work since at least it was the same die pair.
Lance.
The Broken 3, and the Patched 3, have the 3 canted sharply to the right, no way to miss this feature.

Thought I would inform you that the coin is a tooled coin as the die pairing is not right for the broken 3.
Being discussed on the coin forums as a fake.
