Thoughts on this Toned Morgan

I know this is a PCGS board but wanted some advice on an NGC graded Morgan.
I bought this coin (with a 3 day return) but havent seen it in hand yet.
I was wondering if any of the experts had opinons on the light colored stripe down the middle of the coin on the obverse.
I thought it might be left over from scotch tape ... however the right edge is a bit fuzzier and the rhs border doesnt extend all the way down the coin
I also wondered if it was simply a left over signature from a piece of paper or paper envelope resting on the coin at some point
I can't believe that coin doctors (AT'ers) would be so careless as to leave a straight border on the coin, but who knows
It's interesting that the rainbow rim toning on the lower left obverse goes through the hard border (although there does appear to be some slight discontinuities ... so at least some of the toning on this coin occurred after the obstruction was removed
Any thoughts on this coin and the straight line?
By the way, just in terms of marks (and the clean cheek) this coin looks a bit undergraded to me (but may have been penalized for the stripe)
P.S.
I bought the coin because I thought the toning was really pretty, even with the stripe -- but was curious to get some thoughts from experts on what might have caused it and if this coin might be AT'd)
Also I would be curious to know if you thought PCGS would grade it, or would they body bag it
Finally, give a thumbs up or thumbs down vote on whether you think the coin is attractive and market acceptible.

Look real nice in the pictures but it won't look that good in hand.
You'll have to hold it just right to see those colors.
I think it may have muted luster (along with very minor chattering of the cheek) and that's why it received the 63, because at quick glance it looks better.

about a 50-100% premium imo. I'd rather pay pretty close to 63+ money. Interesting that NGC didn't * it.

Did you buy it or get it on approval? You mention both, but they are 2 different things. Sounds like you bought it but can return.
I think it is NT, I think PCGS would grade it.
The comment about being "strapped in" was funny.
Yes, I am not sure I used the right term (about approval) sorry. I bought it and have 3 days to return it if I dont like it in hand.
Something about this one just appealed to me (from the photo at least) -- but it's always hard to tell about a coin from a single photo.
To the person (meltdown) that said they wanted it if I didn't want it, you are #1 on a short list ... will let you know by PM if it becomes available (and what it looks like in hand).
By the way ... if the stripe was caused by scotch tape and if there is some residue still on the coin, would PCGS still grade it as market acceptible? Or would that be considered some sort of "damage" requiring conservation to remove the residue before PCGS would grade. Thanks
(By the way, I have bought several coins from this seller before and his photos are usually pretty close to capturing the live coin (but perhaps very slightly too bright and very slightly too saturated)

Edited to add that chatter above the eye keeps it in a 63, but really not a big deal since the coin's real value is the eye appeal of the toning.
