I just noticed that I was charged by ebay for this "Final Value Fee on Shipping". What is that?

It's new to prevent the 99 cent sale with a 25 shipping fee.

But Ebay also makes more money off of this new policy which is where ebay heart is, money, money, money

It's also fairly inconsistent.

.23 on one $3.00 shipping and .33 on another $3.00 shipping.

Which explains why FVFs dropped when they did this. If you don't gouge on shipping, your fees dropped...
