It's gotten to the point where I've pretty much blocked anyone with a letter or number in their username

we don't block bid retractors , but in the past we have blocked some non payers and some people with
excessive returns of graded cards...

I will look at how many bid retractions the buyer has had, if they have a lot , yes they get the BBL. Any non paying bidders automatically go to my BBL.

I also block buyers that leave 1 or 2 star ratings when it is obvious they left the low stars for no reason like this last idiot who left me 13 -1 star ratings for shipping & handling , I charged 3.00 for 13 cards he paid on tuesday and received the cards on Friday, Ebay agreed with me and removed the stars keeping me a TRS +20% FVF discount his id was "kjlilas", this star rating program should be abolished, when it is possible for 1 person to destroy a sellers ratings just because they feel like it. this has happened twice in the last 6 months were 1 person has tried to destroy my ratings the other person bought 27 items and left 1 star across the board for all 27 items also had that removed. both of these buyers left glowing feedback and then stabbed me in the back with 1 or 2 star ratings.

Another way to get blocked is ask too many stupid questions or try to renegotiate price or shipping cost after the auction has ended or after they receive the product ask for a partial refund and threaten bad feedback if I don't comply with there demands .
