MPL TrueViews

Does anyone have a TrueView of a PR68RD MPL? I know there are only 3. Would love to see one.

I assume you mean PCGS only. What are the dates: 1909, 1914 & ?? Can you deduce from the registry who has them?

I know that Stuart has the 1909 and one of the two 1914's and I know the chances are slim and none, but I would still love to see one.

If they've ever sold in auction and have certificate numbers, you'd be able to find a Trueview using the cert number. But i'd suspect that the Cert Number would have changed due to regrades over the years... especially once SecurePlus came out and the opportunity for a 68+RD presented itself.

I found one from 2008 at Heritage. It was the 1914 that Mr. Blay purchased. Still in the OGH with the cert number still active. No TrueView is connected with the number. Heritage does have an image, but..........

Maybe one day, but I don't have any current plans to have my MPL's photographed at PCGS.

I still love your images your MS 1913 you posted a couple of years ago. Something like this would be great.

Hey, that's not even a proof! Oh, wait. You said MS. My bad. Anyway, does Stewart have any of his MS68s imaged on that website thingie with the rest of his power-hitter MS coins? I can't for the life of me remember the site name.

Thanks Bob! That is one of my favorite coins, and I felt really good about capturing the essence of it with that photo set. Most of the time, I feel my camera skills do not do justice to the coins.

I thought he had that 1919 MS69RD imaged on there... can't remember the site either.
