Iphone 4S Camera for coins

I tried for fun to photograph a newp using my new iphone. While its no where near the quality a DSLR will give you, its not bad! The difficult part is keeping your hand still while taking the photo.

Not bad at all. You could just set yourself up with a makeshift photostand of cardboard or whatever, and shoot away! Could do so at home with the TV on, tunes, etc.

I qualify for the upgrade and was curious how the phone pics would be with coins. I have read many reviews that the phones camera is much improved, especially over my old one, 3gs.

Not bad! That might be an improvement over the AnkurView service. Maybe you should invite that dude over to have his coins reimaged with the iPhone.

I have the iPhone 4 and upgraded the OS to
5.0 and it takes much better imes than before and lets you crop and do
a small amount of editing.

I just took theses Images, one is in edited
The other is cropped, both uploaded to photobucket and posted all on the iPhone 4

Ya, if you have a steady hand the iphone 4 is a pretty decent camera! I have a dlsr, but it is almost as good as my point and shoot

I ordered my wife one from Verizon on the 12th and we got it on the 20th. It's amazing as it is our first "smart" phone and I think we'd have to be classified as "dumb" users. Lot's of bells and whistles to say the least

They were sold out of the 16gb at my local AT&T and Apple stores. I walked into Target and just asked, and they had plenty in stock!
