Has anyone watched "Baseball's Seasons" on MLB Network???

Pretty neat documentary type of show with film highlights, interviews, commentary and analysis of a particular year in the major leagues. Last night I saw two episodes...1969 and 1971. Which were great seasons for the game, although maybe not so much for the Oriole's fans either year or the 69 Cubs! I was born in 1970 and by the time I was old enough to really understand and know the game, many of the "Vintage" players from that great era had either retired or passed away. I found that watching these last night really enhanced my knowledge and appreciation of some of the players that I currently collect. Anyway, anyone else like these kinds of shows??

Yes, we have them automatically recorded on our DVR. I also do their Prime 9 program and ESPN Classic's SportsCentury and Top 5 Reasons You Can't Blame. I'm not at all happy that ESPN Classic is treated as a pay channel (I think that goes for both digicable and satellite) but then again $8 is cheaper than say, a take out pizza.

I recorded another one recently and finally got to watch it last night. 1979! Another great episode, although it was really sad seeing the Munson tragedy. image Bobby Murcer gave one of the Eulogies at his funeral and instead of sitting out the game that night, decided to play and had all 5 RBIs in a come back win against the Orioles. I really love this show!
