over 2 years later - redemption for Larry Roselli Cards

Two years ago, I was caught up, like many others in Larry Roselli Cards going bankrupt. I lost my entire pre-paid order of 2009 Topps Heritage Hobby Case - $675. Because I paid directly through paypal (and not ebay) and used my paypal funds, I had no protection. Well, paypal would have gone after him, but he had no funds to repay. I can't remember if i wrote a letter to someone in the DA's office, but somehow I got myself listed as a creditor on his bankruptcy settlement. Of course I never really expected any recourse, but I kept filling out whatever paperwork they needed me to fill out. Well, this week, in the mail, I get a $675 check form the attorney's office who is managing his bankruptcy. So the system does actually work!

That is very nice! I was also a victim of LRCards but was able to do a chargeback through my credit card (thanks to my credit card miles/points obsession).

Good update. I bought from him in 08 with no problems and was planning to buy more right before all that started happening.

I was going through some unopened boxes today and saw mr LRCards boxes. Still cant believe the thought he would get away with screwing all his loyal customers over. So lets say he goes bankrupt. He could come back into business later and we would jump right back on. What was the THINKIN!??!
