Pack grading question: labeling player showing "on back"

I was wondering how far PSA goes in trying to confirm a specific card is showing on the back to then note that on the flip. For example, suppose you can't really see the actual player name through the wax or cellophane wrapper, but you can see certain stats or other writing that gives away which card it is. And if they will go that far, is it only with certain big name stars or rookies? Thanks in advance.

Edit to add: I think they will only notate the flip if the player is a HOFer or star.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Or similarly, if you there was a Ripken card on the front and you could see the color of part of the border and the letters "KEN" from RIPKEN. Would that be enough?
