actally they were prompt in calling me so that the village idiots order wouldnt get delayed

I just put a note on my submissions that "PER HRH this one is free."

Never had a problem.

I literally write a mini accounting statement on the side. I clearly hi-lite that it is a CC special. Never had a problem.

I did that once at a car dealership. I filled out all their forms and just forgot to tell them how I was going to pay. They wouldn't give me a car
