How did the mole move?

Here is the same coin that was auctioned twice within a year and a half of each other
and it seems like the dot below the brow on the obverse (2009 auction) seems to have
mysteriously moved ABOVE the brow in the 2011 auction. If you check the holograms, albeit
photographed at different angles of lighting you can see that they are the same by checking
the little imperfection north of the coin of the PCGS logo on both holograms.
So, how did the mole move?

Now that I look at it again, the dots seem to be of the same size.
I guess debris would be a very plausible explanation.
