Not positive but no higher than a 5 with a crease/wrinkle. Otherwise a very attractive card. 4.5 or 5. Was going to say 6.5 to 7 before I saw your note about the crease.

I think it will bring PSA 4 or if you are lucky a 4.5. Once you get a surface crease, you can almost always expect a PSA 4. Especially since it is Mantle, I cannot believe they would go higher. Beautiful card otherwise.
