Anybody else have an express order with pcgs... I am 12 days...

    Well, I can understand your frustration; however, they clearly state the turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.

    Maybe you can call the customer service hotline and ask them to bump your service level from express to regular and give you a refund for the difference.

    I sent one on walkthrough took 3 1/2 days and costs my customer 150 by the time postage was added.

    Was it a "normal" coin for submission or is it something that needs special authentication? Ie....error? Very rare?
    Without that info, it's hard to know.

    If it was a "normal" coin, just one you sent through on express, then I would call customer service and/or PM DonWillis.

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
