seeking info about die state dateing for buffalo nickels with planchet error. PICS included many PI

Hey everyone

Any chance there maybe a way to match the reverse die of this buffalo other than 1913 to get a date. I have never seen such a nice split planchet before on a buffalo.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide, then question the manner in which I provide it. I prefer you said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand to post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to!

That reverse is not a late die state. I'm not sure there's anyway to confirm the date without a mintmark.

The only thing I could suggest is looking through the CPG to look for reverse varieties and see if any of them match your coin. For example, 1935-P has a nice DDR. That would certainly answer the question. Other than that, I am not a Buffalo specialist, so cannot help much.

I have a very nice Liberty nickel with just as nice a split as that one.
