Can someone explain the new layout for PCGS orders

Don't quite know when it started or what it means when the is a minus sign(-) in front of the coin order.
Probably a simple explanation but never seen this before

The minus sign appears where it says (In Process).....what's that all about?

Thanks ahead of timeimage

Mine doesn't look anything like yours (just checked...and i have a submission that finished on Monday and another still in process from 9/19/11.

I don't have "available to add to my inventory" or anything like what you have...

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  • i never saw - symbol on my submissions. i checked and were like they always were. now i can`t access my submissions. i`m getting an error page.

    Error
An unexpected error has occured. There is no need to report this error as an error incident report has already been sent to the system administrator.
    my ebay items BST transactions/swaps/giveaways with: Tiny, raycyca,mrpaseo, Dollar2007,Whatafind, Boom, packers88, DBSTrader2, 19Lyds, Mar327, pontiacinf, ElmerFusterpuck.

There is a pattern in that, if you remove the negative symbol "-" in front of the "in process" category, all of those numbers are just 1 or 0 numbers distant from the numbers in your "added to my inventory" category.

Now, I don't know what that means, but it is an interesting pattern!

I think that might be a glitch.

    I just got this ...

"An unexpected error has occured. There is no need to report this error as an error incident report has already been sent to the system administrator"

...just after I received an email my submission shipped.

She's looking at "My Orders" from her Set Registry Page.

Not the "My Personal PCGS" page (which appears to be currently unavailable).

BTW, I don't have a clue as to what the numbers mean.

Waiting on a submission of toned lincolns myself with a bunch of TruViews, and I have had the same strange numbers in my fields for current and past orders for the past week or so.

What grabs my attention is that it appears like you have mixed in a Variety on a Non-variety submission.

I was under the impression that you could not mix, and that that would require 2 separate submissions? Have I been doing it wrong and wasting $8 plus return postage by separating my orders into variety vs. non-variety?

No, at first I submitted for regular and since the Bugs scored a reasonable grade and is relatively rare. I called them before it was finished and they
    added the Bugs designation after.

Since Variety Attribution is an "additional service", these can be included and "mixed in" with any order. "Service Levels" cannot be mixed such as Economy with Modern or Modern with Mint Error.

    In a word: Yes.
