This is a non-issue as far as I am concerned. If you bid on something or intend to use BIN, simply save the pics before you do so, just in case there is an issue. If you don't win, simply delete the pics. If you do, keep them until you get the item and are satisfied with it. If you've done your homework and picked a reputable seller you shouldn't have a problem anyway. If there is a problem, you'll have the pics for SNAD purposes. Are we really so lazy that we can't right click and save a couple of pics before we bid on or buy something?

U are correct, we can do it but for the money they charge for the sales and the enlarged picture fees, we should not have to take the extra steps. Just more things to think about and I am getting old and forgetful!
Its not a matter of what were "they" thinking , the OP itself says its only a glitch , others have tried to get the message across its only a glitch. Some were affected , others not.

Pictures that I've saved to my hard drive are difficult if not impossible to actually prove where they came from. Exactly who is to say that the picture I have actually came from the listing?
And yes, it'll be a non-issue for you ....................until it bite's you in the ass with either a SNAD against you of filed by you.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

We describe things accurately including flaws, and take clear pics so unless the person's a fraudster it won't be an issue. Not going to lose any sleep over it at any rate.
I think you should take the large AD out of your sigline or pay PCGS if you want to advertise.
Didn't Don Willis make that clear?

My service was not disrupted either , i have pics from ended auctions going back to 2010. It seems easier to throw rocks at ebay than accept what was in the OP that it was a temporary glitch for some users.

This was not a temporary 'glitch' as I was told by a rep.....Read here.....
Ebay admits to intentional messing around......
You obviously didn't look at eBay during the period in question.
