As far as semi stars/stars go...what are the most difficult OPC cards from the 60's and 70s to find?

I've seen a few BST ads stating that such and such card is a tough card to find, rare, etc...and I started to wonder what semi-star/star/HOF cards(other than the low pop commons) would come into this discussion? Thanks for any info!
