I am having difficulty finishing off a transaction with him and he hasn't responded to my PMs or emails. Just wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with Alex.

In my experience, it takes several reminders and phone calls to get his attention. He always pays/ships, but he's a pain in the ass to work with.

Ditto. He is a good guy, but sometimes I think he is challenged with ADD. And FWIW, the addy posted here is the business address of The Coin Superstore, which is a brick and mortar store. Alex lives in the Big Apple.

For the record, I have no problem with anyone 'outing' a bad seller/buyer, but publishing a home address of someone here is a security concern

<< <i>Barndog, you should probably edit your post (I'm assuming that is Alex's address you posted)

To be fair, that address is publicly listed in plain view 4 times on their website's contact info page.

Jeremy stated exactly what I would have said. There is nothing private posted here. His phone number and his address are prominently displayed on his webpage.

<< <i>So, just turn a blind eye and say nothing to inform others after getting ripped off by a bad dealer or member? Really??? >>
I have no interest in either party, but how did the seller "rip off" the buyer? The buyer was asking about communication issues, not "outing" a member.
<< <i>FYI - I was just made aware that this was issue was made public on this forum. Had the buyer handled the transaction according to my terms it would never have been an issue as I had asked him to email or pm me when shipped. No pm was received until weeks later when he was looking for a check. Either way the issue was taken care of and the buyer has long received his $. >>
Correct. Transaction completed. Case Close. Thanks, Alex.
